Job Summary

Job Description We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR executive to assist our HR department with administrative and recruitment tasks. Having good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Ultimately, an outstanding HR executive should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills. This role requires 60% recruitment and 40% other HR functions. Requirements Roles & Responsibilities: Sourcing relevant profiles through Job boards by Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media. HR Screening of the profiles. Scheduling calls and interviews with the hiring manager Coordinating with Onboarding/Offer management/IT team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for the candidate. Communicate with candidates/ stakeholders promptly to keep them informed on progress. MIS & Reporting Publishing reports and updates to stakeholders on a regular (weekly) basis. Continually educate employees on company policies and define new policies for the benefit of company and employee. Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive. Conducting various welfare activities Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment. Conducting exit interviews with the outgoing staff members. Qualification and Skills: Proficiency with MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken) Should have personal Laptop & Good Internet Connection Excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail.
