Responsibilities: Develop and produce high-quality videos that showcase our simulation solutions for the oil and gas and HVAC industries Conceptualize and storyboard video content that aligns with our brand and messaging Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos are in line with the overall marketing strategy Edit video content to ensure professional, polished output Optimize video content for search engine optimization (SEO) Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in video production and social media marketing Develop ideas and strategies for increasing video engagement and channel growth Monitor and analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field Proven experience creating high-quality video content for YouTube or other social media platforms Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent Experience with camera equipment and lighting techniques Strong understanding of SEO and social media marketing best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
