- You enjoy identifying, evaluating and applying new technologies and techniques for building competitive advantage for our businesses
- You like to share knowledge and enable team members to increase the whole team's performance.
- You love to work in an agile, collaborative environment where there is collective ownership of the code.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to represent abstract challenges in the form of system architecture & design.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- You will help us continuously improve our digital marketing platform through:
- continuous product deliveries that will add incremental value to our businesses.
- creation of best-in-class platform & product features enabling our customers to build competitive edge in the market.
- engagement in an agile work environment and actively participating in team ceremonies like grooming, planning, retrospective, etc.
- end-to-end Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) automation; right from source commit to production deployment to monitoring
- maintaining high code quality by adhering to clean code practices, code reviews and continuous refactoring.
