Job Summary

Summary of the Job:

Content Writer: Marketing operations executives would be creating and managing technical content. Helping business units to generate marketing qualified leads, developing contents for digital media and print media.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or Mass communication
  • Preferred technical educational background
  • Exposure to content writing for IT/Software products & solutions
  • Certification in Digital Marketing.

  • Knowledge of social media content marketing (preferred)
  • Relevant experience in content creation and development of the existing content
  • A good grasp of technical knowledge and the ability to write technical contents

  • Online campaign management and event hosting
  • Experience working in a product/ service based environment
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools

Job Description:

  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in doing campaign and healthy lead management process.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users understanding
  • Analyze information from multiple sources (SME, Offline, and Online) and use them to create original documents for a wide variety of technologies.
  • Build and manage a rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our marketing efforts (including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
  • Learn about various technical business domains and gather data through secondary research.
  • Create crisp, concise and compelling content based on the project brief and data gathered through research.
  • Assume responsibility for the work and adhere to delivery timelines.
  • Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with Business Unit Leader and key team members to understand project requirements.
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote your offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
  • Work closely with internal teams like consultants, products developers, leadership team, etc. and clients, partners for joint marketing content.
  • Have good market intelligence to identify trending webinar topics, define content strategy for the webinar, and coordinate with hunting teams for execution.
  • Will have control of all marketing actives to the particular Business Units, which leads to achieve in revenue goals.
