Job Summary

Summary of the Job:

Market Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research for the collection of data on competitors and market place and create 2 Thought Papers every month and One Research Report every quarter.

Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in IT Market Research

Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Sc Computer Science &MBA Marketing

Skill Sets:

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge and Proven IT Market Research Analysis experience
  • Ability to do methodical market research and get valuable insights
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Excel
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)
  • Excellent communication and Collaboration skills
  • A good grasp of technical knowledge and the ability to write technical contents
  • Excellent in articulation and is a creative thinker, with the ability to use data for informed decision-making
  • Experience working in an IT product/ services-based environment
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Cyber Security or Related Domain (IT Products or Services)
  • Understanding of Primary and Secondary research in International market

Job Description:

  • In depth knowledge in conducting primary and secondary research for the collection of data on competitors and market place and consolidating the information.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods which helps to interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
  • Perform valid and reliable market research by SWOT analysis.
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices.
  • Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users understanding.
  • Analyze information from multiple sources (SME, Offline, and Online) and use them to create original documents for a wide variety of technologies.
  • Build and manage a rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our marketing efforts (including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
  • Learn about various technical business domains and gather data through secondary research.
  • Create crisp, concise and compelling content based on the project brief and data gathered through research.
  • Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with Business Unit Leader and key team members to understand project requirements.
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote your offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.
