Summary of the Job:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients. They will be required to do overall project management oversee scope, planning, vendor implementation, and ensuring project delivered in the assigned business unit.

Experience:

• 2+ years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in a technical field is preferred
• Certification: PMP or PRINCE, CAPM,ITIL,CSM

Skill Sets:

• Delight clients with our delivery and continuous improvements on delivery process quality and productivity
• Develop project plans, Status reports, test plans and associated documentation, applying appropriate project methodology
• Report delivery status to customer and develop required delivery documentations
• Solid experience with SDLC Experience with Agile/SCRUM practices experience on digital marketing will be an added advantage
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
• Ability to take initiative and work effectively is a rapidly changing environment
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodology

Job Description:

• Set project timeline; Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• On time delivery; Delivering high level customer satisfaction
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
• Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan
• Manage day to day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• To be capable of working independently and have strong decision-making skills to solve the issues
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
