Job Summary

You ll be in charge of: Executing L&D strategy aligned with the strategic initiatives and the business objectives of the market. Executing the global onboarding strategy, update and localize the content, ensure the completion of the program and facilitate the Onboarding training sessions (General Onboarding, Country Onboarding, HR policies and others). Analyzing the training needs and conduct capability assessment to define performance, skills, and knowledge gaps. Organizing and following-up on all the compliance training sessions. Managing the Learning Platform. Managing the Learning Key Performance Indicators for L&D. More about YOU: Education: Bachelor's degree in administration, business, HR, or any relevant field. Key Experience and Skills: Minimum 3-5 years experience in Human resources preferably in Training/L&D. Experience in training facilitation. Good Project Management Skills. Ability to manage his time and rigorous in his/her organization. Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English. Bonus: Experience with a Learning Management System.
