Skyonn Technologies is looking for Senior IT Recruitment Managers who will be responsible for day-to-day client interaction, manage recruiting teams, interaction with HR department. Should be champion in recruiting and onboarding.


The candidate must have a minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition (Domestic Market Only) with a proven track record of managing clients requirements and delivery, handled recruitment teams to get the desired results. The candidate must have a result-oriented approach with inclination towards effective employer branding and using effective screening process to get best talents on board. Should have ability to explore new clients. Very strong in verbal and written communication.


Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment Managers will work very closely with clients and internal recruiters and HR to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes with following specific responsibilities:

  • Understanding clients requirements, work closely with all the stake holders, hiring managers should have insight about clients current and future hiring needs.
  • Reviewing strategies with the managers on regular basis in terms of hiring and business projections
  • Will be directly responsible for budgeting and negotiations.
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Prepare and Maintain activity reports for management.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
  • Research and choose job advertising options.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
  • Participate in recruitment drives.
  • Build the company s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleagues and other partners.
  • Guide the team around key priorities and goals.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven IT Recruiting Manager for Domestic Market having catered to Mid and Large size MNCs.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
  • Managing the complete talent acquisition life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources as per manpower requirements for PAN India Locations.
  • Responsible for Lateral Hiring & Campus Recruitment (Entry Level, Middle Level & Higher-Level Hiring)
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Degree/ Masters in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.

Salary : 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
