This Position Is For Our Coffee Brand SLAY Coffee Cloud.
Location - Bangalore - BTM Layout, Marathahalli and Jakasandra.
This Job Is For Operations In Our SLAY Coffee Cloud (Cloud Kitchen). We Are Looking For A Barista/Coffee Makers To Prepare Hot And Cold Collection Of Coffee Based Beverages.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
1. Follow Standard Operating Procedures/Recipes And Prepare Coffees As Per
Order.
2. Operate Equipment Such As Coffee machines, Milk Boiler, Sealing machines Etc.
3. Ensure Proper Order Dispatch.
4. Maintain Inventory Records On A Daily Basis.
5. Ensure Proper Upkeep And Hygiene Of Self, Equipment And The Workstation At
All Times.
As This Role Will Operate In A Cloud Kitchen Set Up, There Will Be No Interaction
With Customers.
**SKILLS REQUIRED:**
Should Be Able To Understand And Read Instructions In English.
Flexibility To Work Various Shifts.
Ability To Weigh And Measure Accurately.
Ability To Operate Equipment Such As Coffee Machine, Sealing Machines Etc.
Disciplined And Punctual
All Selected Candidates Will Undergo A 40 Hour Training Leading To Certification As
SLAY Barista.
UNIFORMS WILL BE PROVIDED!!
**Timings**
10 Hour shift ( Opening/General/Closing)
**Leaves**
1 Weekly Off
24 Privileged leaves in a year
