Associate Director/director - Field Collections Job in Slice

Job Description What you ll do Ensure maximum recovery from defaulters accounts through agencies outbound telephone contact and field in a timely and comprehensive manner. Acknowledge user's vulnerabilities and recognize the reason for delinquency and indulge them in Negotiation while using a consultative approach to clearly communicate all available payment options. Do regular quality checks to ensure code of conduct is maintained Grow and nurture the team that results in building an efficient and mature team. Meet and endeavor to exceed metrics on collection effectiveness, compliance regulations and productivity as per goals. Build an in-house recovery team and drive them to meet the collection team target Qualifications Graduate or postgraduate from a recognized university can apply Prior experience in collection is preferred 14 - 20 years of relevant experience Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.
