Job Summary

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to CBO /
Direct reports Platform Technology Department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This individual will be the owner who will set up the systems, processes & frameworks to Ensure that all SaaS marketing channels are used that will deliver leads, recognition and Manage all elements of the funnel consistently for the SaaS vertical of the company globally. This person will be responsible for building, managing, and developing a high performance SaaS marketing team; creating a methodical, data drive marketing process; enabling sales Pipeline; and global brand presence.

Define benchmarking results & relevant strategy: Actively benchmark SmarterBiz against the best in the industry for relevant marketing metrics regular & work towards consistently bettering the related metrics.
Mentor and build a team to ensure top of the rung:
o SEO & consistent Messaging
o Content marketing
o Growth / Paid marketing
o ABM
o Virtual and physical Events
o Nurturing
o & more

Demand Generation and Sales Enablement: Establish an efficient and predictable demand generation engine (outbound and inbound) and work with the Sales leadership to enable and extend sales team's efforts.
Ownership of execution and outcomes: Overall ownership of the SaaS marketing function would rest with this individual. All marketing metrics related to TOFU & MOFU would rest with this individual.
Brand Building: Work towards strengthening the Brand SmarterBiz in existing markets, and establishing a strong brand presence in new geographies. Establish and Strengthen SmarterBiz 's thought leadership initiatives globally.
Team : Establish a high performance, global SaaS marketing and demand generation team that operates in a data-driven model and drive their growth and development.
Budget: Responsible for efficient and effective planning and utilisation of Marketing Budget by creating ROI based models.
Work closely with the Leadership Team to drive new revenue growth.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

TRACK RECORD OF SCALING AN ENTERPRISE BUSINESS

More than 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS space with strong understanding of how to execute for multiple geographies especially South East Asian Countries.

Experience across all types of content creation/ management, SEO, SEM, ABM, demand generation, Nurturing, branding, analyst relation, digital marketing, Go to Market Strategy for diverse range of software products
Value selling mind-set
Experience of building relationships in large enterprises at the top by leveraging a value-focused approach to developing large revenue opportunities.
Team management
Individual should have led a team & be regarded as a great people manager.
Entrepreneurial Mind-set
Experience with founding or developing start-ups and enjoys aspects of entrepreneurship thereby displaying innovative strategic thinking
Strong pedigree and intellect
