Solution Engineer Job in Smartshift Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Solution Engineers apply their expertise in configuration, integration, solution architecture, security etc. to help develop Porter products effectively and efficiently.

• This is going to be a cross-functional role that will work as part of the Support Charter POD (Engineering function).

• Engage in implementing the various technical facets of Porter's Support Platform including but not limited to the Call Centre and other third-party integrations.

• Partner with the product managers to define and execute on the feature roadmap for the Support charter.

• Possess specialist knowledge of the internal systems, applications, and software solutions both from a UI as well as API perspectives.

• Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine various ways to improve.

• Provide detailed specifications for the proposed solutions.

• Define clear goals for all aspects of the projects and manage their proper execution.

Required Skills:-

• Linux OS

• Basic experience with Javascript and Python

• Basics of Dialler concepts

• Bonus:

• Call centre experience

• Ameyo experience.

  If Not Ameyo : then some call center side tech experience would be a great add.

  
  Tech side - building API's, required support for integrating CC side services with outside services.

  Knowledge of IVRs, Inbound and Outbound calls etc. Tech side - some experience with any relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.
