- Good proficiency in written & verbal communication is desired.
- Drafting/Vetting Agreements with Foreign Investors, Vendors, Consultants, Bankers, in pursuance of IT Act, Payment & Settlement Act, FEMA, Contract Act, Intellectual Property Rights & Privacy Laws etc. like NDA/Procurement/Lease/Shareholders Agreement/Media-Advertisement/Consultancy Agreements etc.
- Documentation with Bankers viz; Loan Deed, Bank Guarantee, PoA etc.
- Handling the Legal Notices of and/or on behalf of Company for recovering Debts and vice versa.
- Assisting in formulating legal opinion on queries to Management/ Investors in pursuance of E-commerce business activity.
- Assisting in Legal Audit/ Due Diligence of Private Limited Companies.
- Knowledge on Labour Law is must.
- Review and advise on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Research and analytical skills are required.
