Job Summary

Experience analysing existing systems and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying trends and deriving actionable insights from data.
Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to implementation.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, with an understanding of how to leverage digital tools to drive business growth.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A Master s degree or MBA would be a plus but is not mandatory.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably within a digital agency or e-commerce environment.
