Social Panga is looking for Business Growth Mafias who breathe in business opportunities, breathe out irresistible client pitches and live for getting new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying New Sales Opportunities: Ability to con- duct online, offline research and stay up-to-date with markets to identify sales leads.
  • Developing Proposals and Quotes: Understand the client s business needs and budgets, work closely with the strategy and solutions teams to come up with competitive proposals and quotes showcasing Social Panga s services and a tailored pricing model.
  • Negotiation and Follow Up: Relentlessly following up with prospects and always staying on top in terms of requirements in the sales cycle to maximize chances of conversion.
  • Relationship Management: Liaison with the client to drive the deal to closure, support the transition and provide knowledge transfer to the project manage- ment team.

Must Have:

  • Excellent oral and written commu- nication skills to write the many mails and attend the many calls required to close a deal.
  • Excellent soft skills and ability to interact with clients to understand their stated and unstated pain points and communicate to the solution teams.
  • Mad Skillz in Microsoft Power- Point, Word and Excel to create beautiful and compelling proposals and price quotations.
  • Creative and out of the box thinking to be able to plan and showcase innovative brand communication and ideas to prospective clients.
  • Ninja-level time management skills to be able to churn out multiple pro- posals and attend multiple meet- ings with clients all on the same day.
  • Skynet-level research skills to find out all that there is to be found about prospective clients, their past projects, competitors and the market.
