Job Summary

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

  • Provides technical installation support to field technicians.
  • Resolves customer application questions or problems regarding system configurations/setup, product functionality and/or bugs enhancements through both onsite and offsite support.
  • Communicates project status, deliverables, priorities and contingencies.
  • Acts as liaison between project team members, customers and installation team to ensure project is implemented seamlessly.
  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses and applies logical solutions to installation problems.

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate degree, preferably engineering, business or communications / HSc. from any stream.
  • Tech savvy (must be able to operate computers and laptops with ease).
  • Can adapt to a fast-paced environment nimble and ability to manage and prioritize workflow.
