The Main Purpose Of This Job:
Technical Specialist will work in services delivery role for customers managing the design and delivery of Cloud and/or Mobility solutions. Must have strong IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture knowledge, and must be skillful in developing enterprise level software and infrastructure solutions. This role is highly customer focused, requires ability and willingness to travel and to be able to work in a growing organization.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

- A minimum of 4-6 years project delivery experience on Microsoft products\technologies

- Strong knowledge on Microsoft cloud products and technology (Office 365)

- Knowledge on Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, System Center, SQL Server will be additional advantage

- Microsoft Certification is expected for this position

- Communicates effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills, communicates clearly in writing; strong relationship building skills

The role, responsibilities and geographical focus will change and develop over time along with the company s rapid growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment

Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Skype, OneNote, Outlook etc)

Understanding of Outlook 2010/2013/2016 and Office

Knowledge on various OS and application patching.

Knowledge about hybrid environment

Knowledge about hybrid mail flow (centralized and de-centralized)

Knowledge about Azure active directory, Multiple license

Knowledge about calendar free/busy sharing

Knowledge about Lync, Skype for business, Teams, Sharepoint

Take initiative and feel responsible for your work environment

Good hands on experience on Exchange migration from on- prem to Exchange online, Within On-prem, tenant to tenant, using the native or third-party migration tool. Implement approved technology changes for clients following our standards and best practices

Working knowledge of Office365 Teams

Working knowledge of Office365 Security and Compliance Centre

Working knowledge of SPAM and threat prevention solutions

Troubleshooting, Solving and following up of Level 1 and 2 incidents

Operational Security, Maintenance and Governance

Knowledge of Exchange 2010/2013/2016 and Windows Server 2008/2012

Knowledge of Exchange Components: - Exchange Database, Outlook Web Access, Offline Address List, Mail Flow, Public Folders, Free/Busy. Exchange 2010/2013/2016 Server Roles Hub, CAS & Mailbox. High availability features like DAG etc.

Excellent Communication.

Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity and mobility

Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings

PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND FOR THIS ROLE

o Bachelor s or master s degree in or equivalent experience in industry related discipline.
