Job Summary

Executive will be responsible for seeking and identify sales leads and pitch company services to new clients as well as maximising the revenue while upselling. This person will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiates, and close business deals while maintaining knowledge of current market condition.

Essential Functions:

  • Will place a high volume of outbound phone calls daily.
  • Will generate and develop new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and build a long-term relationship over the telephone with contacts.
  • Make profession decision in fast-paced environment balancing time, service standards, and profitability while impressing clients.
  • Will work individually but be able to play on the team and be willing to assist others while multi-tasking.
  • Grow a profitable book of business.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of selling customer solutions over a call.
  • Experience in client handling and product selling.
  • Must be a fluent communicator in person, telephone, and email.
  • Fluent in Microsoft office products.
  • Must be coachable.
