Job Summary
Role:
Front line seller, Executioner of the company and distributor plans, Trainer of the merchandiser.
Responsibility:
DSE is responsible for selling volume, achieving RPS distribution and merchandising, and building goodwill in the distributor's market.
Requirements
Education
Graduates in any discipline (Engineers not preferred)
Experience
Not more than 2-5 years of work experience
Language
English & Fluency in local language
Keg Criteria
IFT, Persuasive Communication skills: white collar, lower middle class (needy) background, negligible power of influence, non-unionized environment, Age not more than 28 years.
