Job Summary

About the role Soroco is looking for a creative thinker who can produce highly-strategic, organized, and memorable content that will touch all of our channels. As Content Executive, you will report to the Head of Product Marketing, lead a team of content officers, and collaborate with an excellent design team to drive and execute best-in-class content deliverables. Specific responsibilities include: Having a real-time understanding of the broader marketing strategy, including targets for awareness and demand generation Developing a strategy for the kinds of content for your team to create (web copy, tear sheets, white papers) and where best to distribute it (website, social, blog, conference) to drive demand and leads Defining appropriate KPIs per content type and channel, and developing performance benchmarks Using proven methodologies (content audits, gap analyses, taxonomies, metadata frameworks) and your understanding of Soroco products to oversee and / or personally develop outstanding messaging that will connect clients to our value proposition Channeling these messages into memorable copy in line with your strategy, and working with the design team to develop stunning visual support (images, video, etc.); ensure adherence to style guides Ensuring appropriate distribution of content, and reviewing KPIs; participating in campaign post-mortems to understand areas for improvement Establishing scalable content strategies, frameworks, and repeatable processes to enable efficient development and iteration of content plans across all content officers Leveraging any and all tooling that will drive the end-to-end content management workflow to heighten consistency across your team The Content Executive will have a background that resembles the following: 4+ years of experience in a content strategy or content management field Bachelor s degree and demonstrated strong academic record from a top-tier university Outstanding written and oral communication skills, as evidenced by prior work product and the Soroco interview process Strong instincts for how to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand messaging for non-technical audiences Impeccable time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent process-oriented thinking to support development of scalable processes Enthusiastic energy with a real passion for excellence
