We are looking for a smart, energetic HR Intern who has a keen interest in Human Resource and People Management and a quick self-learner to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department s daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling end to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Screening: Shortlisting candidates sourced through various job portal and validating them on their experience and interest in the role.
  • Shortlisting the profiles sourced and sending it to the respective hiring managers.
  • Coordinate with HR in day to day activities.
  • Assisting administration activities.
  • Draft and update of documents, forms, policies, and other HR-related documents.

Skill Set:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR Functions.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a basic understanding of email etiquette.
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong ethics, reliability & cultural awareness.

Qualification:

  • BBA/B.com/M.com/MBA/B.Tech/MBA2020/2021/2022 pass out.
