Job Summary
Spektra Systems is seeking experienced IT recruiter to help us grow our engineering teams. You will help us in building a strong tech talent pipeline and close open positions at Spektra.
Responsibilities
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
- Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, primarily on LinkedIn
- Coordinate with teams to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule calls and interviews while managing calendar for all hiring teams and candidates.
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them during interviews
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Release confirmation/rejection emails and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)
- Participate in recruiting events like Campus Drive
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirement
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with HR tools and resume databases
- Basic understanding of payroll laws
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple calendars
- Problem-solving aptitude and Critical-thinking skills
- Graduation/Post graduation in Human Resource Management
