Job Role: Senior Consultant/ Lead Oracle CX

Technical Skills:

Should have hands on experience in any of the below

Incentive Compensation Management/ Oracle Engagement Cloud/ Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud/ CPQ Commerce, Integration cloud

Attributes:

• 5 plus years of experience in CRM products, preferably Oracle stack
• Familiar with Oracle CX architecture, implementation, debugging and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 5 end to end CRM implementation
• Understand Business requirements and create solution designs and effort estimates
• Hands-on development experience using JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, LESS
• Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally
• Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team
• Self-starting with solid follow-through, multi-tasking, and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
• Willingness to travel
