Deputy Manager /Manager HR - Total Rewards - Corporate HR

Age : 22 to 30 years, Education Qualification: MBA or equivalent degree from a Tier 1 institute with specialisation in Human Resources. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferably in BFSI space.
Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferably in BFSI sector.

Job Description

Analytics:

Provide HR analytics and consequently suggest improvements in HR Process. Publish monthly dashboard to top management with relevant insights. Build strong understanding of HR Data and quickly translate large data into simple insights.


Performance Appraisals :

Partner with business heads for KPI formulation & ensure goal setting in line with organization goal (for both Sales & Non-Sales roles). Collect, collate & compile performance updates at a department level to identify achievement against set objectives & developmental areas.


Compensation :

Participate in LI sector wide relevant surveys for compensation benchmarking. Support in deployment of C&B programs such as annual increments & bonuses.

Key Competencies Required

The role holder is expected to execute the identified Human Resource strategies, initiatives and interventions aimed towards developing current and future capabilities. It is also expected of the role holder to deploy analytical skills to capture insights from data sets and thereby accelerate data driven decision making
