1. Good Understanding of MFI business and JLG business 2. Thorough working knowledge of BR.Net application, support and coordination 3. Trouble shooting and quick resolution of problems reported 4. Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, disseminating high-level information into details 5. Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement 6. Liaising between technology teams, support teams and business units 7. Serving as a channel between the internal-external customers and the software development team through which requirements flow 8. Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system 9. Developing a training curriculum and conducting formal training sessions covering assigned systems module 10
