Job Summary

Role Summary Implement and maintain our app tracking setups. Perform data collection, analysis, validation and maintaining data quality of the app tracking workflow while working closely with our App Developers. You co-develop and manage the app channel tracking strategy with the rest of the team. Maintain and further improve Universal / App Linking and App Deep Linking efforts. You perform product analyses and review and resolve tracking gaps. Keep a close eye on new market developments; IOS14, SDK features, GDPR and cookie-less world. You work closely with our App Development team. Technical Competency Expert in using Adjust, Firebase & GTM. Good understanding on working principles of Google Analytics, Google Marketing platform, mobile remarketing partners, SQL and dashboarding tools like Tableau. Know exactly how data is gathered, processed by the different tools and are strong in deriving actionable insights. Know how to implement Mobile SDK and debug data collection in both iOS and Android using Charles/Proxy tools. Know how to find improvement points and troubleshoot tracking implementations on App applications. Knowledge of Big Query or CDP/DMP implementation is a nice to have. Knowledge of Universal / App Linking and App Deep Linking using Adjust, Firebase and Braze CRM. A basic level of knowledge regarding specialisms (SEA, SEO, Display, App, Affiliate, etc) and related tools and technologies.
