Scientist - Bioassay (ligand Binding Assay) Job in Stelis Biopharma

Role: Scientist

Experience 5-8 years

Qualification: M.Sc./Mtech in biotechnology

This position is supervisory and assisting manager for deliverables.

1. Design and execution of experiment as well as interpretation of results and experience to lead and to perform ligand-based assays (HCP, HCDNA and other impurity clearance assays) and kinetics through BLI/SPR.

2. Responsible for on-time and on-budget delivery of work packages within a project.

3. Perform validation as per USP regulatory guidelines

4. Experience in data evaluation, trending and data analysis

5. Experience in liquid handlers like Tecan

6. Should be experience in root cause investigation for failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

7. Knowledge and experience in some of the following assays is desired, Mabs assays and flow cytometry assays.

8. Should have experience in writing protocols and reports without support.

9. Experience in cGMP systems is desired.

10. Should support the set up of the new laboratory by working with the relevant stakeholders

11. Ensure that the all laboratory operations are carried out in compliance with CGMP and regulatory commitments.

Personnel should be able to work in flexible manner and meet tight timelines.

This position requires sometimes to work in shift and weekends
