• Timely response to OA, PI, SO, Quotation, Customer Complaints and Enquires received over phone, email , fax etc

• Answering phone call and attending visitors.

• Customer Database Management

• ISO Documentation for CS and Marketing

• Data Management of back up in share folder

• Leads Assignment

• Payment follow up

• Quotation Follow up

• Inspection of Materials prior to dispatch

• Enquiry follow up

• Answering phone calls

• Scanning and sending branch customers order received at HO.

• BP Creation

• ISO and order process flow Training for new joinee
