Position: Associate Manager - PMO Practice Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Key Accountabilities and Role: Creating and maintaining an organization level view of Project health which includes project status, risks, issues, renewals, timelines on delivery Prepare reports and host call with key stakeholders and executives across disciplines Ability to interface with Finance, Engineering, Product, Sales, Quality, Customer Success, and Delivery team to drive results Establish a central repository and drive standardization for Project Governance, Delivery Best Practices, JDs, RASCI charts, Enterprise Risks etc. Ensure project compliance with Subex policies and procedures Analysis of Financial data as it pertains to each project Own and completion of monthly calendar activities related to PMO function Own and drive goals for Corporate PMO team to completion Provide Process Improvement Plan and implementation of these in agreement with business Work closely with quality team and Corporate PMO to support Agile Implementation initiatives Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: A Bachelor s/ Master s degree or equivalent combination of technical education and experience. 8+ years of Project Program management experience; 3+ years in PMO practice. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

8+ years of Project Program management experience; 3+ years in PMO practice.

Deep understanding of project and program management and Governance

Strong analytical background, project management skills

Customer-Centric, Business Acumen, Collaboration, Execution Excellence, Problem-solving

Good to have Project Management or Agile certificate Prince2/PMP/PSM/CSM
