Skill requirements:

Provide guidance and direction to CADteam to ensure operational and technical excellence.
Develop, implement and monitor CADdesign standards and procedures to meet customer needs.
Evaluate team members for theirtechnical skills, performance and productivity.
Establishing and implementingtraining processes for all technical personnel
Maintain documentation records ofgenerated design deliverables.
Identify opportunities andrecommendations for increasing workflow efficiencies.
Create case studies and samples formarketing
Recommend best practices forsolutions to meet customer business needs.
Initiate and maintain contact withclients for clarification, coordination and negotiation of critical issues.
Track progress, develop controlmechanism
Support Business Development activities
Analyze, planning and developing work schedule
Determine roles and responsibilities of all staff members and defining clear project deliverable

Experience and Qualification:
