Job Summary
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
The role will be responsible for supporting the L&D operations including content building, training delivery, management of training calendar. The role will include, but not limited to the following:
Rigorous administration of Online Learning Management System and act as a point of contact to provide tech support for employees
Coordinate with various stakeholders like Admin and IT and manage logistics for a seamless classroom and virtual program to create a wow experience
Track monthly budget utilization and ensure payments to vendor on a timely basis
Submit various reports on a timely basis like Training Effectiveness Analysis, Feedback Analysis, LMS user penetration, Provisional projections etc.
Content Management including building and updating content
Delivery of training programs both behavioral and technical/product based
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Graduate in any discipline with minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
Excellent oral and written communication
Good interpersonal skills
The candidate should have good MS PowerPoint skills
DESIRABLE TRAITS
Experience in Training delivery will be an added advantage
A knack for reading with an ability to think out of the box
Knowledge of tools like video making, Canva and other platforms to create innovative visual artwork
