Job Description:

• Co-coordinating construction activities that includes civil & all other service packages for high rise and gated community residential townships.
• Preparing MIS reports & giving project progress report with a strategic look ahead schedule for achieving the set goals.
• Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
• Ensuring quality of civil constructions in terms of check list for all construction activities including the material specifications with prior approval of management.
• Assessing project costing in high rise structures for effective finance management which helps the clients for better funds allocation at various stages.
• Finalizing project costing for all packages based on the specifications freezed by the Architects & Service Consultants.
• Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing the designing projects within cost & time norms.
• Making necessary changes to the designs or drawings and accepting the same.
• Coordinating with the formulation of monthly billing for the project along with examining & approving subcontractor bills in accordance with progress of work at site.
• Reviewing reinforcement details for saving cost factors of project at various stages.
