Discord Community Manager Job in Super Gaming

Responsibilities:

• Define the voice, approach and content strategy for our community working with the marketing and product team
• Build and maintain a content calendar including but not limited to game posts, events, contests, and other community activations designed to foster, engage and inspire our community
• Engage with the community day-to-day on Discord and be the face of the game within the community
• Host weekly community events like dev streams working with the marketing team
• Develop programs to identify key influencers and leverage these community members to help evangelize our games
• Work with the marketing team to engage the community on social channels
• Be the voice of the player within the organization by constantly bringing in their feedback and issues
