Job Summary
At SuperGaming, we are putting India on the global gaming map. We build games like MaskGun which has over 60M users across the globe and more recently, Silly Royale, which has over 15M users and is our fastest growing game ever.
We have just started building our first crypto game which will be out soon and are looking for a Discord manager to build the community.
Ideally full time but a part time role could work as well. The role works well remotely from anywhere in India but if you want to work from our lovely Pune office, that works well too. You get to work with a fun team that has been building games for over a decade.
Responsibilities:* Define the strategy for how to grow and engage the community from scratch* Engage with the community day-to-day on Discord with development updates, sneak peek into the lore and the world, giveaways, contests etc* Work with the larger team to share key metrics week on week and feedback from the community
Experience and skills required:* 1 year of Discord community management experience at some scale. If you have built a web3/crypto community before, bonus points for that.* Decent understanding of the web3/crypto world, and the subculture within it* Should play at least casual games* High energy written communication
