Job Summary

Job Responsibilities Responsible for Pan India Sales, Business Development, Team Management, Sales Strategizing, Profit & Loss Management Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies to achieve financial targets Identify Key Partners on geography basis domestic and international Build up channel from scratch and actively engage with Channel partners and SI Build up sales team by own and lead sales department Build B2B sales, marketing and account functions to achieve the business plan Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department Perform research and identify new market opportunities Strong connect with Govt PSUs and channel system integrator Desired Candidate Profile Experience in Digital Signage for B2B or B2G Segment Experience in smart city project would be preferred Must have strong track record of success with prior experience of meeting sales target Should be a hands-on leader who is a strong coach & mentor and have a strong track record of building & leading high performing sales team Must possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills Strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization Ready to travel as per business need
