Astt. Manager -ir & Hr Job in Suprajit Engineering Limited

We are looking for a stable, energetic MBA/MSW/ MPM /PGDBM ( Regular Degree is Mandatory ) candidate with 6-8 years of experience in a Manufacturing Company.

- He should have sound knowledge of Labour Laws.

- Having sound knowledge and exposure in the drafting of Warning Letters/Charge sheet

- Have exposure and knowledge of the Disciplinary process.

- Ensure Legal compliance of the Lighting Division on time.

- Contract Labour Management

- Payroll Management, Learning & Development Initiatives, Employee Engagement.

- Have exposure working according to ISO 9001, OHSAS 180001 ISO:45001, SA-8000 standards

Innovative, energetic, stable, Good communication skills & sound knowledge of Excel will be preferred.
