Technical Sales Executive Job in Surface Paints Pvt. Ltd.

Job description
We urgently require a Technical Sales Executive to join our Sales Force at Rapid Coat. The job requirements will be as follows:

• Extensive travel in the allotted territory
• Promotion of the Rapid Coat brand of products. (Epoxy / Polyesters powders for powder coatings.)
• Ability to technically master the product and its applications.
• Ability to interact with the customer at many levels. A) On the shop floor with the technicians, plant operators and production manager b) In the office, with the purchase department or Quality Assurance Department
• Ability to interact with senior managers in medium to large OEM s. The right candidate should be comfortable with the powder coatings knowledge and be able to convince the customer on both technical and commercial matters.
• The selected candidate will be reporting to the Sales Manager, North who in turn reports to the Director of the company.
• The candidate will be required to provide weekly progress reports in writing to the management.
• The candidate will be required to manage the assigned customers on a commercial as well as technical level.
