Business Overview:

SwitchMe is India s first Digital Mortgage Broker. We make home loans easy for the customers. Our proprietary technology helps find the best match between the borrower and lender and then helps in seamless execution of the choice. We reduce the turnaround time and rework on a home loan application. Our customers and partners choose us for this reduction and reward us with their business. We are currently live with 10+ lenders in 4 locations.

Role Overview:

Business Development Manager is a critical role as it manages our partnerships with real estate developers. Real estate developers work with SwitchMe so that they collect cash faster from banks. This has become a priority after the implementation of RERA which has strained the finances of the real estate industry. This role involves identifying potential partners, making a pitch, closing the partnership and activating it. Achieving targets is an integral part of this role. This role reports to Senior Manager - Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage partnerships with Real Estate Developers for sourcing home loan customers
  • End to end responsibility from prospecting to closure to activation
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams
  • Carry targets
  • Regular reporting on pipeline
  • Create and upgrade sales collateral

Expected Skills:

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Taking ownership of deal closure
  • Working with internal stakeholders towards deal closure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High energy
  • Bias for action and quick execution

Experience:

Experience in SME/enterprise sales preferred but not necessary

Salary:

Rs 6 - 8 LPA + Incentives
