Job Summary
  • No of positions: 2
  • Locations: BTM layout but should be able to travel to the location of the customer as and when the calls are received / assigned
  • Budget: as per Karnataka Labour Act. PF, ESI, Bonus & Professional Tax will be deducted as per prevailing Govt Rules. BUS Pass amount will be reimbursed or if using a two-wheeler, we have schemes to reimburse based on the distance traveled to attend official work
  • Qualification: The minimum qualification should be +2 / PUC passed. Diploma / ITI in IT / IS will be desirable
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year
  • Certifications: Should possess atleast one certification in Microsoft / Network /Server
  • Skills:
    • Should have good knowledge on Desktop Hardware, Local Area network, Windows 8/10/ MS office installation & configuration of Email / Outlook
    • Should have worked atleast 6 months handling hardware / LAN / Windows OS & MS Office installation & troubleshooting
    • Should be able to communicate in English (verbal)
  • Job Description:
    • Attend to user calls w.r.t. Desktop / Laptop/ Network related issues
    • Install & configure any desktop / laptop / MS office / Tally / Anti Virus software etc
    • Customer call report & Daily report & weekly report
    • Follow the instructions of IT related tasks assigned by the Team leader & give periodic update on the status of the work
  • Must possess 2 Wheeler Driving License Candidates owning a two wheeler will be desirable
  • Process for Selection:
    • Telephonic interview by the Team Leader to assess the communication skills and basic technical knowledge
    • Written test conducted at our office Should score atleast 25 out of 40
    • Personal interview Technical & HR
