- Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM tools (Preferrable)
- Training content creation and documentation experience
- Proven track record of developing and go-live of successful product marketing collaterals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Self-starter with a passion for driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
