Job Purpose:
Primarily responsible for overseeing and managing IT Audits (Internal, Regulatory & Clients) for IT and ensuring that the employees are complying:
a) With internal IT policies and procedures
b) With regulatory requirements

Provide assurance to Management that IT is in state of compliance and Policy procedures are well understood by IT Team. Keepthe Management & Senior Leadership updated about important issues and operational violations in IT.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement & supervise IT Audit Readiness program.
Perform regular audits within IT to ensure compliance for implemented policy and procedures.
SPOC for all IT related Audit & Compliance activities.
Coordinate internal, Client & Regulatory Audits for IT and Initiate QMS procedures (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control) for any nonconformance for IT department.
Work closely with IT SLT team and ensure the timely completion of QMS (Deviation & CAPA) activities.
Actively respond on all audit queries / observations from IT in coordination with IT SLT team.
Provide Training to IT Team on current Policy & Procedures
Manage training in LMS for IT Team.
Prepare and/or review standard IT operating procedures.
Manage IT SOPs, documents using EDMS
Maintaining current knowledge of IT laws and regulations, keeping abreast of recent changes.

Educational Qualification: minimum B.Tech / Masters degree in Pharma

Technical/functional Skills:
Should have knowledge on QMS procedures i.e. Deviation, Investigation, CAPA. Change Control procedures
Should be aware about QMS Tools Trackwise, Learning Management Systems
Ability to work without supervision and organize own workload and manage time effectively.
Ability to display initiative.
Ability to work within a team with colleagues from a wide range of professional backgrounds and contribute to the development of team culture and the achievement of common objectives


Experience: 6-11 Years

Behavioral Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
High degree of flexibility in terms of working hours
