Job Summary

Education: Graduate Preferably from Engineering Domain & MBA Sales & Marketing.

No of Positions: 1

Experience: 2-3 Years.

Pre-Requisite: IT Solutions Selling experience, Team Player, Excellent Communication Skills Oral and Written.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Relationship Management skills with the existing customers.
  • Ability to Meet Customer expectations and Cross-sell, Upsell company solutions effortlessly.
  • Sales/ Licensing Certification Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Symantec is a definite plus.
  • Ability to understand customer IT Landscape and identify gaps and map solutions to the gaps identified.
  • Ability to Spearhead a team of Inside Sales, BDE to reach assigned Quarterly goals.
  • IT Solutions Selling experience should be in Information Security, Information Management, Windows Managed Services, Storage Solutions etc.
  • Passion to reach the Goal assigned. Prepare, Execute and Implement business plan to reach the Goal assigned.
  • Set up review mechanism for the team and diligent reporting to Management.
  • Distributor and Principal OEM Engagement and Planning is a must.

Experience Required :

Minimum 30 Years
