Marketing And Sales Coordinator Job in Systematic Group

Responsibilities:

• Should take charge of New Lead generation.
• Strong follow up for orders, payments and relationship management with customer, customer evaluation and customer segregation according to relevant field.
• Managing sales documentation such as Quotations, Performa invoice, Delivery notes etc.
• Handle customer complaints
• Understand the technical side of the products.
• Must be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
• Preparing Daily reports / Weekly reports / Monthly reports.
• Coordinating with out stationed sales candidates, maintaining their daily sales reports, etc.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Desired Profile:

• Should be able to handle and generate new leads
• Be aggressive in cold calling (have handled 40-50 calls per day)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Sales of industrial products, manufacturing firms
