Production Head Job in Systematic Group

Responsibilities:

• To manage all plant operations with effective utilization of all resources and implementing industry best practices that contributes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• To manage end to end production to achieve the daily/monthly targets of the company through efficient, quality and cost effective production.
• Responsible for creating short and long term operational strategy in line with company vision and implementation of the same.
• Responsible for improving profitability by process improvement, producing value added products at economical cost and cost optimization.
• Ensuring optimum level of stock of raw materials/ spares/ consumables and other resources to have uninterrupted production.
• Ensure Overall Production effectiveness (OPE)/ Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for achievement of all Production Targets with respect to Quantity, Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Ensuring for safeguarding men, machinery, products, raw materials and other resources.
• Identify and initiate improvement project to enhance safety, quality..
• Root Cause Failure Analysis of Major Problems.
• Lionizing with government department for company related issues.
• Maintaining quality control and implementation of ISO and other quality standards.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Desired Profile:

• Should have minimum 10 to 15 years of Experience in heading Manufacturing/ Production/ Engineering and Technical aspects.
• To handle complete Plant operations of a mid-size to Large size plant production in terms of Manufacturing, Quality, productivity, engineering, project and overall operations. Meeting with all compliance.
• Should have Experience in Mild Steel/High carbon wire Manufacturing.
