Job Summary

Leading a team of BDA
Resolving the questions and doubts of the BDA team regarding the first response.
Ensuring the BDA team is working properly and efficiently.
Making sure the quality of the first response (cover letter).
Ensuring enough new inquiries (leads) are coming into the company.
Engaging with the clients first and introduction to the technical person.

Making sure the client doesn t get any concerns in between the development, if they have then make sure to resolve them ASAP.
Client relationship management and ensure the happiness level of clients from the overall perspective (not technical perspective)
Managing all the freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer etc.
Getting feedback from clients once the project ends.

Experience Required :

1 to 2 Year
