ORGANISATION
A manufacturing company with multiple plants.
ROLE
- Handle Statutory compliance, handle Govt Depts.- Handle Contract staffing- HR Administration, attendance, leaves, PF, ESI etc- Handle IR- Employee engagement. performance management, recruitment
CANDIDATE
- Should have 10-15 years in HR in a manufacturing company- Should speak Telugu and English- Must have experience in handling compliance, labor laws, Govt officials, Labour dept.- Must have experience in handling contract staff- MBA in HR Preferred (not mandatory)
LOCATION :
Kalakkal Village, Hyderabad
SALARY: 8-10 LPA
