Job responsibilities Works with Talent and Development Lead in the development of enterprise-wide learning events, activities, curation and programs, including creating and managing project plans. Leads a team of 1-2 Learning specialists to fulfill organization strategy. Areas of focus will include, but not be limited to, professional skills, leadership development, people management, and future of work support programming. Collaborates with instructional design leaders and talent partners in the development and curation of learning. Organizes programs and events by managing pre-work and supporting materials (with review from program managers and instructional design leads). Collaborates with vendors and internal subject matter experts, to ensure successful implementation of learning. Develops solutions to enable self-directed colleague development through curated and contextualized digital learning, licensed content and recommended activities. Research industry trends and approaches to generate and/or adjust learning content for review by instructional design leads / managers and develop awareness of business trends in learning and development and talent/performance management. Supports the drive for enterprise-wide standardization of talent and learning programs, while allowing for region / business-specific nuances where necessary. Partners with third party vendors to integrate content and tools into programs. Experience, knowledge and competence requirements Technical Experience: PowerPoint, Excel, instructional design, Articulate 360 or Captivate or project management required. Good experience in Adobe Suite, Helpful to have prior experience with talent management and / or learning and leadership development. Helpful to have prior experience with Degreed. MBA with 10-12 years experience level in Learning & Development with large corporates
