Infiflex is hiring young and enthusiastic experienced recruiters who have good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and a graduation degree qualification with experience of more than 1 year in recruitment.
Responsibilities :
Screening / Conducting interviews with engineering talent to :
1. Assess English communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Negotiating rates
3. Assess resumes, ensuring they meet company's standards
4. Keep a tight communication loop with software engineering candidates and maintaining
relationships with high-quality engineering talent.
5. Providing feedback and following up with candidates.
6. Identify, reach-out, and attract relevant professionals to drive the strategic growth of Turing's engineering pipeline by working closely with engineering, sales, and matching teams to prioritize sourcing strategy.
Required Skill:
- Using paid portals like Naukri, Timesjobs and unpaid portals like Linkedin and Indeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to close positions on target basis.
- Able to conduct all recruitment activities in a quick manner.
