What are we looking at?

Talentica is looking for a creative, thoughtful, visually-driven, and experienced designer to join our growing user experience design team.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with startup founders to define the visual experience of the product.
• Create innovative design solutions from scratch in sync with their business context and end user goals.
• Develop high-level and/or detailed mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Assist in defining design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.

It will be great if you can do this too:

• Has a good sense of colors, typography and grid systems and recommend the same for products to improve their experience.
• Digital illustrations.
• Manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment.

What are we looking for?

• Graduation/Post-graduation degree in Graphic Design/Visual communication or related field from NID/IDC/SID/MIT.
• 1-3 years of experience in designing web & mobile applications.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Sketch etc.
• Knowledge of best mobile & responsive UI design practices.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
