Job Description: Demand Generation Executive for Product Engineering and IT Services Position Summary: As a Demand Generation Executive for Product Engineering and IT Services, your primary responsibility is to drive lead generation and nurture prospective clients to support the growth of the organization's product engineering and IT service offerings. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategic campaigns that attract and engage target audiences. Your goal is to generate high-quality leads and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement demand generation strategies: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective demand generation plans aligned with business objectives. Identify target markets and segments, and devise strategies to engage potential clients. 2. Lead generation and nurturing: Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to capture qualified leads. Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, webinars, events, and SEO/SEM to attract and nurture prospects. 3. Content creation and optimization: Create compelling content tailored to target audiences, focusing on value propositions and industry-specific pain points. Optimize content for different channels and formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics. 4. Marketing automation and CRM management: Utilize marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage and track lead generation activities. Implement lead scoring and nurturing programs to effectively manage prospects throughout the sales cycle. 5. Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports to measure the success of demand generation initiatives and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 6. Collaboration and alignment: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Provide feedback and insights to optimize marketing collateral and improve lead conversion rates. 7. Market research and competitive analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct research to identify potential market opportunities, target accounts, and buyer personas. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience in demand generation, lead generation, or marketing roles within the product engineering or IT services industry. - Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). - Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and web analytics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive content. - Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and reporting. - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Knowledge of the product engineering and IT services landscape, including software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, or related areas, is highly desirable.
